WHO WE WORK WITH

New build and mixed-use projects from design stage.

Building owners

Existing systems in need of upgrade or replacement.

01

New Installation

From concept to commissioning.

We design, supply, install, and commission new lift and escalator systems as representatives of selected manufacturers in China and Europe. Our in-house installation team manages the project end to end, with the technical depth to integrate complex systems into developments of any scale.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Site survey and technical consultation
  • System design, specification, and supply
  • In-house installation and project management
  • Testing, commissioning, and handover documentation

02

Modernisation

A new lease of life for existing systems.

Modernisation extends the life of an existing lift while improving safety, energy efficiency, and ride quality — without the cost or disruption of a full replacement. Our team has deep experience assessing and upgrading multi-brand systems in collaboration with reputable manufacturers.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Comprehensive assessment of the existing equipment
  • Targeted component upgrades — drive, controller, cabin, fixtures
  • Code compliance and safety review
  • Phased execution to minimise downtime

03

Total Replacement

When it’s time for something new.

For systems beyond modernisation, total replacement delivers a complete new lift within the existing shaft. We manage the removal of the old system, installation of the new, and commissioning to current code — keeping disruption to a minimum for tenants and operations.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Removal and disposal of existing equipment
  • New system supply, installation, and integration
  • Compliance with current safety and energy codes
  • Coordinated project management and stakeholder updates
